The AESC provides the services of a Disability Support Officer, to assist students with specific needs to manage their studies.
Do you want to achieve top results?

Developing your IT skills
Managing the reading load
Short Courses
These are low-cost courses, usually 8 – 12 hours long, designed to give you a better understanding of a particular skill e.g. academic writing.
Free one-to-one tutoring
Take advantage of free 30 minute sessions with an experienced lecturer, who can help you with your study skills (e.g. essay writing, time management, study planning, exam preparation skills, how to proof read and edit your work, reading and research skills, IT skills, accessing electronic library resources). To ask for an appointment for a free session, please visit the Academic Enabling and Support Centre, located in ND44 (28 Mouat Street), where you'll be asked to complete a simple 'self referral' form.
