Timetable Signup

Important information for current students

The University operates an electronic timetable signup application for students to self select the sessions they must attend for the units in which they are enrolled. Selection is made on a first come, first served basis and is limited to the number of available places within each unit. Selection will only be processed if made after the opening date/time for the relevant campus and unit, and before the relevant closing date. Outside of these opening and closing dates and times, the system is available for viewing the timetable to help you plan. Please be aware that the timetable is subject to change at any stage before the opening date.

Our Information Technology and Services team has made significant efforts to ensure that the software performs accurately and can handle the extreme load that Timetable Signup creates; however, due to the very large volume of students simultaneously attempting to record their preferences you may experience some delays during Timetable Signup.

If there is a delay, please be patient and wait for a response. Disconnecting and reconnecting to Timetable Signup could further the delay. If you do experience a message specifying ‘server time-out’ please close your browser and retry in a few moments.

The Information Technology and Services team will be constantly monitoring the performance of Timetable Signup in order to address issues if they arise. Appropriate notifications will be posted on this page should any problems occur.
