You are an international fee-paying student if you are:

• An overseas student
• A diplomat
• A temporary resident who holds a work permit
• A refugee
• A permanent resident of New Zealand
• A dependant of any of the above

You are NOT an International student if you are:

• An Australian citizen (including dual citizens)
• An Australian permanent resident
• A New Zealand citizen (including dual citizens)
