This course has been designed to enable overseas qualified lawyers who have been admitted to practice in their original common law jurisdiction to meet the requirements for admission to practice law in Australia as the State authority (the  Legal Practice Board of WA) has determined.

Admission Requirements:
Applicants shall hold a Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree, or equivalent, and be in the process of having the their qualifications assessed by  The Legal Practice Board of WA, or similar state authority.
