Lease Dates and Fees

Check In & Check Out Dates
The Halls of Residence are open only during the semester. Each semester the Halls will open on the first Monday of Orientation Week from 8.00am for Check In. The Check Out date is the Saturday immediately following the conclusion of exams at 12 noon.

Please note: The Check-In and Out dates are determined by the University's Academic calendar.

2016
Semester One – Move in 15 February 2016
Semester One – Move out   18 June 2016
Semester Two – Move in 25 July 2016
Semester Two – Move out 26 November 2016
2017
Semester One – Move in 20 February 2017
Semester One – Move out 24 June 2017
Semester Two – Move in 24 July 2017
Semester Two – Move out 25 November 2017

Payment
Semester One 2017: Cost for the semester (18 weeks) is $4518.00.
Semester Two 2017: Cost for the semester (18 weeks) is $4744.00.
Semester One 2018: Cost for the semester (18 weeks) is $4744.00.

Please note that places in the Halls of Residence are offered on a semester basis and we do not normally accept applications for shorter time periods.

Additional Payments

$150.00 Refundable Bond Payment

$272.00 Community Meal Payment - $8.00 per meal, two meals per week for 17 weeks

You are required to pay these amounts in full before the Check In date.
