Topic:   Obligation of Disclosure
The seminar will present an in-depth look at the obligation of disclosure in general and the obligation of disclosure to all courts. The ethical issues which arise from this principle and how these are incorporated into the Professional Conduct Rules will also be addressedof law is more than an arcane theory designed to protect the vulnerable from abusive power by governments. It is a beacon that should guide the pursuit of excellence in modern legal practices, whether commercial or litigious.

Venue:  ND11/202 (Law School Building, first floor. Entrance is via the Craven Law Library ND Building 13). Once in the foyer, look to your right and take the stairs to the first level. A campus map is attached.

The Registration Form is available from this site or from the School of Law. The registration form may be returned by post, fax (9433 0722), email or submitted upon arrival for the seminar. Participation certificates will be issued and emailed to those who attend the seminar. The certificates record the date, title of the seminar, competency area and points awarded in accordance with The Legal Practice Board`s requirements.

There is undercover parking in the Collie Street car park, which is about 4-5 minutes’ walk to the School of Law. Paid street parking is also available on the streets close to the venue, that is, Henry Street, Mouat Street, Cliff Street and Marine Terrace.
