Janny O'Connell has been at Notre Dame for 10 years and lecturing in Arts and Sciences for the past 6 years. She is also the Professional Development Coordinator for staff at the University. Janny has degrees in Arts, Education, Business and Performing Arts. Her main passion is Theatre Studies of which she is the Coordinator. Janny has had extensive experience in teaching and performance, occasionally acting herself but her main expertise is in directing which she has been doing for 25 years. She has directed musicals, contemporary and devised work and particularly enjoys second semester each year when she directs the Theatre Studies student’s in their Production unit. |
