Martin Drum completed a Bachelor of Arts with Honours at the Australian National University in Canberra before moving to Western Australia to undertake his PhD in Roman Politics at the University of Western Australia. He was awarded a doctorate with Distinction from UWA in 2004, and worked in a number of policy roles within WA’s Department of Premier and Cabinet from 2005 to 2008. He commenced lecturing in Politics and International Relations in May 2008. His research interests include Australian Politics and Governance, Federal-State Relations, and Public Policy. Martin coordinates Notre Dame’s Arts Internship program and is particularly interested in building strong research links between the University, government agencies, and non-government organisations. |
