Martin Thompson has a Diploma Commercial Art. He worked for several yeas in the Western Australian Museum in Aboriginal Sites and later in Exhibition and Design. Martin was employed for 16 years in Anatomy and Human Biology at UWA as a lab technician and scientific illustrator. He then worked for the Department of Zoology UWA as Lab technician before coming to Notre Dame to work for Health Sciences. He now works in the School of Arts and Sciences. He has also been self employed as a Scientific Illustrator/Artist.
