Peter Burridge has a Diploma in Analytical Chemistry from the University of South Australia and has also studied Philosophy and Politics at the Flinders University. He has more than 30 years experience as a laboratory technician, mainly in the area of grain quality working for the South Australian Research & Development Institute (SARDI). When he retired from SARDI in 2000 he was the Manager of the Grain Quality Evaluation Laboratory. Before commencing work with the School of Arts & Sciences, Peter was a Senior Technician for 7 years with the Western Australian Department of Agriculture & Food.
