Mike coordinates the Human Resource Management program in the School of Business at Notre Dame, and has also lectured in HRM at Murdoch and Edith Cowan Universities. He has twenty-eight years experience as a practitioner in a variety of HR roles, encompassing recruitment, learning and development, performance management, change management, organisational development, leadership development, HR policy and strategic HRM. He was a member of the WA State Council of the Australian Human Resources Institute between 2004 and 2007. Mike is the author of the book Human Resource Policy: Concepts, Processes and Applications (Tilde University Press 2010). |
