West End Dash

One of the prime events on The University of Notre Dame Australia’s sporting calendar, The West End Dash, was held again on Thursday March 17, from noon until 1pm and the local community was invited to join in.

Events included male and female 110m sprints, the three-legged race and a corporate relay. The day was organised by third year health and physical education students as part of their course.

Health & Physical Education Student Dominique Pruiti said, “It’s a great way for students and the local community to interact, engage in physical activity and have some fun. We’d really like to see people from local businesses participate as well as the Notre Dame students.”

Prizes were donated by sponsors including Little Creatures Brewery, Rosie O’Grady’s Fremantle and the Warehouse Gym.
