Paul has extensive teaching experience both as a teacher and lecturer within the UK and Western Australia.  He joined Notre Dame in 2006 as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Health Sciences and now coordinates the Bachelor of Health and Physical Education degree.  Paul’s main area of responsibility is the development and delivery of physical education pedagogy.   
Paul has been a consultant to the Curriculum Council of Western Australia since 1998 acting on numerous Health and Physical Education Learning Area Advisory Groups.  The most recent of these has been associated with the design and implementation of the practical exam for Physical Education Studies.
