Adam is a solicitor in the Freehills Corporate practice group, practising primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. Prior to joining the Corporate practice group, Adam obtained experience at Freehills in banking and finance, particularly in resource finance, property finance and corporate banking facilities, and employee relations law. During his time in the Freehills Corporate team, Adam has worked on various mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, public company regulatory advices, due diligences, general commercial transactions, joint ventures and private acquisitions and disposals. Adam holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in finance and accounting, from the University of Notre Dame Australia and Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan Education. Adam is currently completing a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne. |
