Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts and post-graduate Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa, and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Western Australia.  He was admitted as a Solicitor and Conveyancer of the High Court in South Africa in 1999 and admitted to practice in NSW and WA in 2005.

Prior to immigrating to Perth Brent was employed by a prominent South African law firm before starting his own practice.  He has been a sessional lecturer at the University of South Africa’s Allenby and Midrand II Campuses lecturing Forensic Jurisprudence, Commercial Law, Succession, Conveyancing & Notarial Practice, Labour Law, Tax and Legal Office Adminsitration.

Brent comes to us after having been the state manager of a niche national law firm for the past 3 ½ years and is looking forward to this new challenge.
