Mr James Kolan |
James holds degrees from the United States from Duquesne University (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude), the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (Juris Doctor, cum laude) and New York University School of Law (LL.M. in Taxation). He has practiced for 18 years with mid-sized and large law firms and Big Four accounting firms with a focus on tax planning; superannuation planning and executive compensation design, plan administration and compliance; and labor and employment law. Most recently, he practiced with Kaufman and Canoles in Norfolk, Virginia. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Virginia bars. James lectures in Legal Process and Administrative Law.
