Admitted to Practice:- 1994 (WA and Federal Courts) and 2002 (England and Wales). Jason is a Barrister at Francis Burt Chambers. Prior to joining Francis Burt Chambers in mid-2006, Jason practised in commercial, corporate and civil litigation at Clayton Utz (2002-2006) and Bennett & Co (1995-2002). Prior to that, Jason completed his articled clerkship and restricted practice years (1993-1994) at the Crown Law Department (now the State Solicitors' Office). In addition to practising general commercial and corporate law, Jason also has a specialty practice and interest in media and defamation law. |
