Marshall McKenna is a sessional lecturer who is a partner of project lawyers Hunt & Humphry. His practice is primarily in the field of Mining Law and Native Title. He has been counsel is a number of cases in these areas before the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court and the High Court. He is also a co-editor of Native Title News, a national bi-monthly publication on the subject of native title. Marshall has previously taught portions of the Contract Law course at the University of Western Australia and Notre Dame, and has also taught portions of the Equity, Shipping law and Intellectual Property courses at the University of Western Australia. Marshall currently teaches Mining Law at Notre Dame. |
