Before his appointment at Notre Dame, Dr Madison taught at the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney. He earned his PhD at University College London, and his Master of Philosophy at King's College London. He was awarded his BA (Hons) from the University of Toronto.
Dr Madison's main research interests are in epistemology and the philosophy of religion. The primary focus of his current research is on the internalism / externalism distinction in epistemology.
