Michelle Jones has a Bachelor of Arts (English Literature and Theology) and a Masters in Theology from the University of Notre Dame Australia. She recently completed a Baccalaureate in Theology and a Licence in Theology (Spiritual Theology) from the Pontifical University of St Thomas Aquinas (the Angelicum) in Rome; she was awarded each of these degrees summa cum laude. Michelle’s areas of interest include the desert spirituality of the early Church and Carmelite spirituality – particularly the spiritual theology of St John of the Cross and St Thérèse of Lisieux. In addition to teaching at Notre Dame, she is working on her Doctorate in Spiritual Theology from the Angelicum.
