Cancer Support WA will be running their annual Street Appeal in the Perth CBD and require volunteers to assist with fundraising. As a volunteer you will be raising funds for Cancer Support WA and people who have been affected by cancer.

All volunteers will receive a Cancer Support WA vest, identification badge, and collection tin.

When: Friday 29 July
Where: Raine Square, Perth
Time: 7:00am - 9.30am or 10:45am - 2:00pm

Join Earth Carers and students from Christ Church Grammar School to clean up litter at some local hot spots for Plastic Free July! Earth Carers have chosen to tackle two areas this month and help to reduce plastic waste.
Time will also be spent chatting about the issues of plastic pollution and not just cleaning up. Volunteers will be provided with all equipment as well as refreshment.

When: Fridays 22 July and 29 July
Where: Buckland Hill, Mosman Park or Leighton Beach, North Fremantle
Time: Mid-morning

Organ Donation & Transplant Foundation of WA are seeking volunteers to spread the message to the community about the importance of organ and tissue donations whilst also assisting with fundraising barbecues.
There are three fundraising community barbecues at three different Bunnings locations of your choice. Volunteers will assist in setting up, cooking, serving and handing out information materials.

All volunteers will receive a T-Shirt to wear as well as a free sausage sizzle and drink for lunch.

Volunteering times can be negotiated so even if you can make it for only a couple of hours your help will be appreciated!

Friends of Lake Claremont will be conducting a tree planting day where all five WA university volunteers come together to get a brief history of Lake Claremont and the importance of wetlands while planting trees!

At this event you will be shown how to plant native seedlings. The main goal of the event is to plant 2000 local native seedlings!
