Arrival and Pickup

Please notify your Director Study Abroad or the Notre Dame Study Abroad Office of your arrival details one month before arriving.

If you are travelling as a large group, transfers will have been arranged from the airport to your accommodation in the Halls of Residence at the University of Notre Dame Australia in Fremantle.

If you are travelling independently, you will be emailed with your residential details before you leave so that you can book a shuttle service to your Hall of Residence. Bookings can be made on  www.fremantleairportshuttle.com.au.

The Fremantle Shuttle Bus is located outside the airport terminal, and it is easily identifiable – a white mini-bus with orange signage. The cost of the shuttle is approximately $AUD30.00 for one person; $AUD17.50 each for two; $AUD13.50 each for three or more (students need to book as a group to get the discount), and this fare needs to be paid to the shuttle company by the student on arrival. (These prices are under review of time of publication and are subject to change.) The Fremantle Airport Shuttle company knows Notre Dame’s Halls of Residence and will drop students at the door.

Once you reach your Hall of Residence, your Residential Supervisor will be waiting to meet you (provided you have forwarded your arrival details), will show you to your room, and give you any information you may require to help you settle into your new living arrangements.
