Computer Facilities & Photocopying

The Library has computer terminals and associated printers for student use, in addition to those available in the University's computer labs. PC/Windows systems are available for accessing library electronic services, the university network, and for the completion of papers and assignments.

Photocopiers & Printers

These operate on a swipe-card system. Your copy and printing card is incorporated into your Student ID Card, or you may use any plastic card with a magnetic strip, eg. Flybuys, Medicare, Visa. You add credit to the card using an autoloader machine situated in the Library, and the card is then swiped on the photocopier or printer terminal before making copies. Please ask at the Loans Desk if you require assistance.

Electronic Databases

The Broome Library provides online access to many full text and citation databases, including Austrom. Databases can be accessed off-campus. Use email login as user name and password.
