The rise and fall of societies can be traced not only by the reign of their leaders but also by the development of ethical intelligence among their citizens. All human beings are capable of wrongdoing and moral indifference; we have evidence of this in many spheres of life. Our best response to this is to act to develop ethical awareness and to enhance our ethical intelligence. Ethically intelligent citizens call to account their leaders in politics, business and social life. The Centre aims to develop ethical intelligence confirmed by faith to promote action which serves justice, charity and common good.
