Obtain Advice if needed. Consult your supervisor or the Research Office.
Submit the completed form to the relevant School for initial review.
Applications can be submitted at any time. Low-risk applications may qualify for expedited approval. Refer to the expedited application checklist for an initial assessment of whether the research is likely to qualify for expedited approval.
