Refund Policy

All requests for a refund should be submitted in writing to the Manager, Student Centre. Supporting documentary evidence must be provided. A notice of withdrawal due to illness or disability, death of a close family member (parent, sibling, spouse and/or child) or political or civil event that prevents acquittal may be accepted as grounds for partial refund of fees.

In all cases, refund of fees complies with the Commonwealth Government's Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000 . This agreement does not remove the right to take further action under Australia's consumer protection laws.
