Dr Stephen Treloar holds Master of Commercial Law (Macq), Master of Business Administration (SGSM), Doctorate in Business Administration (SCU), Diploma in Foreign Trade, Advanced Diploma, Australian Institute of Company Directors (with Merit), and Certificates in Management (TAFE), Branch Management (APS), Administration (APS), Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Advanced Alternate Dispute Resolution.
He is a Fellow, Australian Institute of Management (FAIM).

He is a Churchill Fellow, former Finalist CEO of the Year (2007), and a recipient of the Prime Ministers Award for volunteering.
He has over 25 years senior executive experience, including the public service, not-for-profit sector, and Managing Director (Oceania) for a US based transnational company (now part of Nike). Over the years Stephen has served on numerous boards and is currently the Chairman, Finance & Governance, Western Sydney Academy of Sport.
His past research interests, conference presentations and publications covers a wide range of fields including: social enterprise, corporate social responsibility, sport law, directors responsibilities, conflicts of interest, expatriate management, and best practice management.
