Ms Helen Gamble |
Helen Gamble taught Constitutional law in 2010 and will be teaching Criminal Law in 2011.
She has taught the latter subject at several other law schools, including the law schools at the ANU and the University of Wollongong, as well as at universities in Nottingham and Cardiff, in the UK.
Helen is a graduate of the ANU (LLB and LLM) and was admitted to practice first as a barrister in 1971, then in 2008 as a solicitor, both in the Supreme Court of NSW.
She has been Dean of Wollongong University Law School, a full time commissioner then chair of the NSW Law Reform Commission, and an Acting Judge of the NSW District Court. She is a current member of the NSW Mental Health Review Tribunal and until 2010 was a member of the Social Security Appeals Tribunal.
