Jane Rawlings completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of New South Wales. Jane practices in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law, particularly licensing and exploitation of intellectual property rights and copyright, designs and patent litigation; general commercial advice and contracts, litigation and non-contentious work, with a particular focus on e-commerce and telecommunications; defamation; general commercial litigation; and equity.
