Louise Sullivan graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a first class Bachelor of Laws degree and later completed her Master of Laws in Legal Practice through the Australian National University.  She has previously lectured at UTS in its Practical Legal Training subjects and, following her graduation from the Royal Military College, Duntroon, now serves as a Captain in the Australian Army Legal Corps (AALC).

During her undergraduate studies, Louise participated in several mooting teams, including the Philip C Jessup International Moot Court Competition and travelled to Turkey for the Harvard Law School Model United Nations Conference.

She is currently employed as General Counsel of a large, privately owned construction company based in the Illawarra which requires her to provide legal advice on all aspects of the business.  Prior to her current role, Louise has worked in both the top-tier and smaller firms.

She has several memberships, including of the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association, the Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia (IAMA) and as an affiliate of the Chartered Secretaries Australia.
