Auburn Clinical School

The Auburn Clinical School has a strong track record in producing students who are competent, confident, well versed in clinical medicine with empathy and insight into the needs of a multicultural community. The newly built hospital and dedicated staff have worked tirelessly to produce the best learning environment for students. The Clinical school has excellent facilities, including a simulation centre, housed in the new school building completed in 2013.

The hospital itself has a rich history starting from a humble cottage in 1907 with 18 beds to the modern hospital we see today which cares for many patients from all walks of life. The rich multicultural background of patients attending Auburn hospital presents many opportunities to see an array of medical conditions and understand more about the wider social determinants of health.
