Russell Menzies has been working within health system for over 20 years. I graduated from Newcastle University and then worked at the Children’s Hospital Camperdown; it was during this time that I undertook my Midwifery studies. It was then I began working as a midwife in various health setting around Sydney both public and private. I have been active in promoting normal birth in the community and have been in private midwifery practice for many years.  In recent times I have taken on teaching roles in a number of universities across Sydney. Currently I have  a strong drive to get midwifery up and running at the UNDA.
