CareerHub is available to current students who are searching for work, seeking career planning support, and interested in attending workshops and events to build confidence as they search for their dream job.

We offer career pathway advice and support for students wanting to discuss their career plans. If you’d like to learn more about potential pathways, you can make an appointment with our Career Officer through the Fremantle Student Services reception desk or book online via CareerHub using your University of Notre Dame login.

Before booking an appointment with a Careers Officer ensure you chat with your School coordinators and explore the resources below to complete career self-assessments based on your current degree and skills.
- My Career Match: Take the quiz and find out what career you’re most suited to. When you’ve completed the quiz, email the Careers Officer for an access code and punch it in when you’re done with your profile. It’s easy to do and surprisingly accurate.
- ISEEK skills assessments: Match your interests and skills to suitable careers.
- Skillsroad: A user-friendly website with quizzes and self-assessment tools suited to school leavers.
- Graduate Careers Australia: Check out the Career planning and resources section.
- My Future: National career information site. Create your profile and explore career options and how to get started.

Discussing your resume and work experience with someone else could help you remember important details that you may have overlooked or not considered important. Having another person review your application can help you catch mistakes, highlight key points and increase your confidence.

The Careers Officer collaborates with our Heads of School, discipline coordinators and the Pathways Success Now! workshop program to provide guidance on all stages of the job application process.

Notre Dame is keen to develop new relationships and maintain current ones with employers who offer employment opportunities for our students and alumni. This can be through graduate programs or general employment opportunities including casual, permanent, or vocational employment positions.

We offer the following promotional options:

Advertising space on our CareerHub
Free direct e-mail service to targeted, relevant groups of students
Low-cost mailouts advertising graduate opportunities and other employment situations
Holding employer events to promote your organisation on campus

The Careers Service also organises employer visits and information sessions to provide an opportunity to promote jobs to students in all disciplines. In these sessions, you can advise students of your application process and other requirements and expectations that your company has.
