Biography
Saddam is a commercial lawyer with strong focus in facilitating cross-border trade and investments. He has acquired a wide range of experience in working with research organizations, dispute resolution bodies and international trade consultancy firms and contributed to projects involving international human rights law, bilateral agreements and international commercial contracts. He has obtained a comprehensive base of legal knowledge in international law underpinned by a Master of International Law from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), a Master of Laws in International Trade Law and a LLB, gained at the University of London.

He is a nationally accredited mediator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). He regularly lectures in Business Law, Corporations Law and International Law. He researches and publishes in those areas as well.
